Staging techniques focus on improving a property’s appeal by transforming it into a welcoming, attractive product that anyone might want.”

As a stager, I think this is just the surface.

A house gets more appealing with decorating and cleaning, but staging is much more than these. Staging is what you do after cleaning, painting, making minor repairs. Staging is dressing a house for sale.
